Solstice Falcon is sinking deeper into the Dark Arts. Not that she hadn't been deep before, but she's totally letting it consume her. No one will be safe from her! Except maybe her beloved sons. If she had her way, she might ensnare her husband somehow again, even though the spells were broken by her unfaithfulness. Descended from the Mohicans herself, she has adapted a lot of their heritage into her dark arts. The same Mohicans that founded Agawam way back. So she has branded herself a Mautehk, meaning "evil", and is gathering followers. Right away they will know she is ruthless and will pounce on anyone who strikes at her, or even look at her the wrong way. Her followers are coming from all reaches of the earth. All wanting to be a part of her power play. They will realize right away she won't allow anyone to take her place as the Queen of Evil. The Mautehk is the real evil looming on the horizon that is awakening the Manitou.

The Manitou are fierce protectors of all that is good from any great evil that threatens it. Five families from the first local tribes of Agawam are that folklore. They are manitou that their powers manifest when there is evil looming on the horizon. Manitou comes from the Mohican word meaning "a spirit, supernatural force, or fundamental life power".

The Scourers are growing uneasy with something wicked coming. All these years they've been trying to get noticed, and be a part of the wizarding world instead of kept in the shadows. Which side will they join is the question. Manitou or Mahtehk? Good or Evil? Or will it put a divide between the scourers who have banded together for generations now?
