Chaos erupted on New Year's Eve when Azkaban, Britain's highest security wixen prison, experienced an unprecedented mass breakout. Ministry officials have confirmed the deaths of one guard and two prisoners, as well as the escape of 12 prisoners, including several high-profile figures tied to the Second Wizarding War.
