02/11/2025 – Chasms in the Sky is here to stay! It is the next iteration in a ever-building SWP! That being said that existing SWP that was region specific will be wrapping up. Next, make sure to check out our two new monthly prompts!
01/13/2025 – Our first ever Craftmas and Advent Calender have concluded! We'll be sure to see these events again next year. Now with the holidays out of the way, the SWP and random events will be going strong. Stay tuned for future events and goodies in the next coming months!

10/19/2024 – The 2nd Arc of our SWP is in full swing with Arc 3 quickly approaching. Our guide book has also been updated to include some new permanent NPCs that characters can interact with.
05/02/2024 – Avestral is hosting its first ever SWP. You can find information here
04/18/2024 – We are now running on the latest version of MyBB. The site should continue to function as intended, but please contact the admin if you see anything amiss. Avestral's EXP automation system is now active and in addtion to this we've finished up the store! Check it out here
03/22/2024 – Avestral is now considered open! We're going to adapt as the game progresses. Staff positions are open, please message the admin on site or on discord for information!

01/14/2025 – A comet has been seen in the skies overhead, hurtling toward an indiscernable location. Shortly after this comet was seen, the chasm in the sky appeared. Inhabitants are speculating about if the two are related.
01/14/2025 – The Rovaark Family located in the Midlands is said to have discovered part of a relic. It is the talk of the Midlands, and because of this talk, Esther's partner has vanished. This largely comes as no surprise to inhabitants of the Midlands, but it has made them uneasy.
02/11/2025 – Leadership in each kingdom is know public knowledge regardless of where a character resides.
March Prompts:
Twice the Fun – Write a thread with at least 2 posts with any other character your character has not yet met! (20EXP)
Chasms in the Sky – A strange rift is torn in the sky above all regions of Avestral. It looks as if a realm to another world has opened. The chasm is dark and doesn’t look much different than a canyon that grows darker the further down you look, the only difference is that this chasm is up. Write a thread with at least two posts with two paragraphs each detailing what your character does with this information. Do they venture into the chasm? Do they avoid it altogether? (25 EXP)
To Infinity – Write a post with your character exploring a location that they’ve never been to before. (15 EXP)
